I have never seen anyone selling pups, hamsters, fish and turtles I have seen, but puppies no. There is a great dog store that sells accessories for dogs, the regular collars and leashes but also bags and strollers for them. There use to he a parrot man but I haven't been to his part of the store in a while. If you're looking for a pup hit up the Volusia and Flagler humane society. If they don't have any they will take your info and contact you when they do get some.
