Why is it until now my wife didn't get her results yet. It's been 11 days already since she have been tested last November 3, 2018. She couldn't sign up and log in to the patient portal too. Hope to hear some answers from you soon.

It usually takes 2 weeks/14 days total. I'd wait 3 more days before calling.
