You'll need to contact the Sanford welcome center to see if your booth will be allowed. This market is generally for artists and food vendors, but you'll need to ask. There is a three tier pricing -$20 for street facing spaces, $15 for around the fountain spaces, and $10 for the parking lot spaces. Again, you'll need to verify this info for yourself as I do not work for the welcome center and these rules are subject to change.
It's free until the 1st of the year. It will be $10 or $15 starting January. Not sure but I think its for farmers, food vendors and artisans.
