We have only rented to people we know so i suppose you could get as much as you want. I dont know how much management would get to rent one out if as an owner, you wanted to let them rent yours out.
I would definitely call them bc that's too variable for a Google question.
There are currently no units for sale and when one becomes available those of us who currently own get dibs. Usually rental for aweek is enough to offset the property taxesfor that week more or less, but our taxes just went up and approach $800/wk so it's not worth renting out by the resort.
This place is a managed Time Share and is only rented through owners. There are a select few for sale at times, and you would need to contact them to see if any are available. We stayed with our family there.
