Excellent customer service! Susie at the front desk was absolutely fabulous! Friendly, professional and made us feel very welcomed unlike the Sunset Vista/Crystal Palm; they have the worst customer service there!

My first stay in May of 2021 was pleasant due to the very nice staff and great location. The motel is older has older décor and smells either musty or smoky. We had a pleasant Gulf view & our friends had a nice Intracostal view. My 2nd visit was awful due to the rude & unprofessionalism of the Property Manager's comment when I called to report my room was dirty (sand in the closet flooring, a long blonde hair on the nightstand & in the comforter and dirty toilet) and I asked to be moved to another room. Instead of moving me into another room she (Tawana) said "I don't know what your game plan is, but If you don't like it LEAVE". Wow, just wow!! Instead of moving me to another room, she told me to leave if I didn't like it!!! She needs to be fired immediately. Who speaks like that to a paying customer and on their 2nd visit??? Absolutely rude and I will be reporting her to the General Manager Mr. Duffett.

There's no smoking, but people smoked outside on the balconies anyway. You just have to worry about people like Andre, with their "no smoking" with multiple exclamation points.
