Given the number of signs they have stating they aren't repressive for any damages, likely is going to be a battle between your insurance company and theirs, and it likely won't end up well for you.
I would speak directly to the staff inside and they'll mostly likely be directing you to the new owners for conflict resolution. New ownership just just took over about a month ago.
