50 + 20 deposit. You CANNOT leave the park with it. You must get another one at the other park and if they are out, you get your deposit back. Or get your deposit back from the 1st park you rented it from. Honestly, my parents bring their own scooters. They need it park to park, hard for them to walk.

They don't have electric scooters in the park but there are companies that will deliver and pick up electric scooters anywhere on Disney property. Cost depends in the size scooter as well as the company you use.

Yes, you can rent both electric and standard wheelchairs here. Just beyond the ticket entrance, there will be a guest relations booth and a wheelchair/stroller rental area. I'm not sure about the price for an electric wheelchair, however standard chairs are $12.50 per day.
