There is no current plan for their return. The lines are much quicker than usual due to the reduced park attendance, however. If you have the My Disney Experience app, you can look at the wait times and get an idea how to plan your visit.
Available now and I would recommend getting one cause wow 85 minutes for splash mountain
September or October of 2022 is what I heard.
I do not know but go to the start of the queue line or entrance to ride and speak to a cast member. Tell them the line is too long of a wait and they may give you a time to come back. It is like FastPass without the card. They'll use your guest pass as a FastPass.
Don't think it would be any time soon, but they do have the tour which can use the fast pass but it's expensive. If you are disable u can still use the fast pass. At least that's what I was told when I question the attendant cause some people were going through the fast past.
You generally don't need to have a fast-pass. The parks currently operate at 35% capacity
