I was not able to use my tickets in March. I was told my tickets would not expire until December 31, 2020. With the rising coronavirus cases, we have chosen not to travel to Disney until at least the spring 2021. Will my tickets still be good?

In theory yes, however customer service would have the best answer, give them a call.
