I think they were saying that since CA was closed, you'd be able to use them in FL. However, I saw CA was opening soon. Good luck!

Most likely with that story no. If your said you bought them for the wrong park on accident then they might work with you and have you pay the difference. Now that is nlt the most honest way to go about things. But it is a different option. Disney is really good about working with you though.

You have to contact Disney and ask for a refund. The tickets are not interchangeable
