Does anyone know when vendors stop selling balloons at the end of the day? Also are they allowing photos with characters as of 7/20/21? Any info is appreciated. Thanks.

No up close characters but mini parades called cavalcades run quite often through main street. Distance spots are set up up through out the park to take pictures of several characters. Just ask any cast members and they will guide you about the times. I saw balloons for sale up to park close.

Not sure about photos with character but I am sure it will be distant photo

They where still out as we were leaving at 10

You may not pose with characters. However, throughout the day they have Cavalcades, moving float vehicles in which you may wave to the characters and take photos from a distance.

They stop maybe around nine to get ready with the fireworks show. As we were leaving the park, they still had vendors selling balloons.

No characters were out there for photos. Was to hot for them in there uniform.

I was there on the 18th they sell balloons all day. As for pics I only saw them at the parades and on main street.

Characters are not out like they used too. They are only seen during the parades or if you book the mickey dinner. We have been here for a couple of weeks and been to the park several times and we have. It seen any characters out. I guess there was a problem with the crowds that gathered and it got out of hand.

The balloon vendors are usually walking around and usually stop around closing time. Because of the pandemic and park code, you can only get photos with characters from a distance.

We were there last week and characters were only seen at a distance or in a parade we saw them selling balloons throughout the whole day even right before the fireworks

Yes, they allowed it but not all characters and from a distance. I took a photo with Jack Sparrow he was on the stage and I was sitting on the end of the stage. 7/9

I'm not sure about the balloons, but we did not see any character photos taking place. This was on 7/18.
