Currently as of 9/25/17 there is no night parade and no current projection of when it will be back. When there is a night parade the first showing is typically at 9 pm, and there is sometimes another showing at 11 pm after the fireworks. Consult your guide map and my Disney experience app for your specific travel dates and if there are two parades try and do the later showing as there are better spots available.

The nighttime parade was transferred to a different disney park and nagic kingdom is not sceduled to get another nightime parade for general addmission anytime soon. That being said during the halloween parties magic kingdom does have nighttime parades but this is an extra ticketed event
It varies but the time are available in app and online. Generally in the 8-9 pm time frame
