You are going to have a great time. Many attractions that are not roller coasters such as It's a small world, people mover, carousel and many other attractions. Recommend purchasing a selfie stick. š¤³. Have fun.
To see mickey you should visit the Town square theater and you could ask anyone to take your pictures, have fun!!!
You definitely need to see the fireworks. My favorite part of our visit over Christmas. There are always nice people who will help you with photos. You can get a selfie stick. Don't stress it. Enjoy yourself...
You can rent a scooter so you don't have to be there walking all day. The rides are more for the younger children so their not scary or to wild for the older folks!! My mom actually got on a few and she's your age!! Have fun and enjoy š
If they aren't crazy busy the disney photographers will take pictures using your phone. No coasters means not space mountain, not big thunder mountain, not 7 dwarfs, and probably not splash mountain. You should enjoy everything else. Verify parade times. People start lining up in advance. Parades start down on the road between Pecos bills restaurant and splash mountain. I like to watch down there because when it ends you can follow behind it and get to fantasyland rides while people are still watching. Parade ends up by main entrance guest services. For fireworks there are two options. If you really want to see the projections on the castle get close to it. I prefer staying in the circle area near the train station. It is easier to leave at the end before all the rest of the crowd arrives!
You can Rent a Scooter Go From Park To Park To Do Some Sightseeing Between Waits and Believe It or Not Just Ask Anyone Around You to Take Your Picture Usually Their Happy Too
Go on this photo package at the place. It can be costly and hey! You'll get photos with Mickey etc
I am not much of a coaster person, but have ridden them at the Magic Kingdom. One that you could probably handle and may enjoy is Seven Dwarfs Mine Train. It is mild and cute. Photo pass people will take your photo for you.
Town Square Theater
You'll see it all pictures are easily taken by anyone they all parade throw
Lots of places to see these characters. Visit princess fairytale hall for cinderella and town Square for MIckey
There is plenty to see, lots of food choices, characters are on main Street throughout the day, get a map and park guide at the entrance gate. Check out It's a small world and Liberty Square. This is a magical place, enjoy the attractions ask cast members questions and recommendations, they are there to help you. Be prepared to spend a day at the Magic. Have a magical day.
There is also Photopass Photags in the park to take scenic view pics. It syncs to your magic band.
Saw a couple of recommendations for selfie sticks. Those are not allowed by Disney. A Photo pass photographer, or anyone can be asked to take your picture. You can also take a selfie with your phone.
We recently went there and meet Minney and Cinderella. We bought Memory maker from Disney in which there photographer take pic and scan your bar code and you get photo on your phone app and download those pic from there. It was worth it because we went there for all 4 parks. Due to COVID Disney wants you to put your mask up while taking pictures with your favorite characters which I do not like.
Disney World doesn't have the traditional parade anymore where everyone gathers along the parade route. They now have a number of mini parades throughout the day. Micky can be seen in some of them. Check with guest services when you enter the Magic Kingdom for when different characters will be available for greeting. The fireworks are scheduled at 8:00 pm during winter months.
I enjoyed seeing the fireworks at magic kingdom park
Go to Magic Kingdom and focus on getting to the character meet and greet queue lines on main street and Fantasyland. Currently there are only cavalcades no parade and those run every 15 to 30 minutes. And then fireworks are at the close of the park each night unless it's a special event.
My suggestion: go some and find a mate. Disney is not to be experienced alone. If you got to be alone, go to the beach and watch the waves
Thanks everyone for the info...I can't wait!
