It depends where you're going to and from. We'r stated at the Grand Floridian on our recent trip, and the transportation was great.
I generally don't have issues with it although they can often get crowded quickly at peak times. Sometimes you'll have to stand, but overall it's pretty efficient and reliable.

Mid-day is the best. The worst times are when the parks close...but the longest I've waited is 20 minutes.
