You will go through the parking boths where you will pay for parking. They will give you a receipt that will let you into the parking in the other kingdoms without paying again. From the lot you take a tram to the transportation center. I prefer to take the ferry to the Magic Kingdom entrance.
There are people directing you on where to go once you get through the booths and plenty of signs. You will then take the tram up to the monorail. Make sure to remember the character and row that you parked in!

You park in the Magic Kingdom parking lot which is right after the ticket booth. After you park, you take a tram if you choose not to walk, and get to the Ticket and Transportation Center. From there, you take the monorail to the entrance of the Magic Kingdom.
