Yes they do. They have scooters and wheelchairs. If they are out of scooters they will text you when one is free. We rented one for my mother-in-law when we got through the gates with our cards.

Wheelchairs are available, including ones that can be controlled by the person sitting in them. These wheelchairs are are available at Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Epcot, and Animal Kingdom. They come at a cost though, at least 50 for the scooter. But get there quick they're first come first serve so if you get there late there's probably not going to be that many, or even there may not be ANY.

Depending on your needs scooter and wheelchairs are on a first come first served basis and requires a 50 dollar deposit. Otside scooter rentals are available thru disney and have rates similar or cheaper then disney as well as being dropped off at your hotel.
