Will we get notifications when or power is restored. Staying with family and won't know otherwise.

According to their site, they will text you

If you have previously signed up for notifications. ..they will text you when your power is restored.

Yeah but they're not doing that apparently because all the people I've asked who have power now never got a notification. If hate to have to drive back and forth checking constantly. I'm in not trying to rush them to get it back because I know the lineman have a hard job just would like a notification.

Funny i just called rep said that system is down they cant tell us anything 1-2 weeks but they dont cut you slack when your bill is due regardless the reason.
