Yes there's a guest service building but not sure if you can pick up pre-ordered tickets there. I believe You can pick up tickets pre-ordered at any hotel on Disney property.

No, cant pick up preordered park tickets there. You can spend your $ there on overpriced stuff and things that will end up in a garage sale in a year or two. There is a fantastic AMC theater there. Go early in morning if you want to avoid the crowds. The Lego store is great!

You don't need tickets to go to Disney Springs. That is a shopping entertainment area.

Pretty sure you need to pickup tickets at guest relations outside the entrance to any of the parks. Not sure about the springs...
