They have handicap parking and elevators from the garage but I suggest you call to be sure if you dinthave your own. This is a big outdoor shopping plaza and yes a lot of walking.
you can rent strollers but not wheelchairs. You might be able to rent one outside Disney that will deliver to your hotel maybe meet you there. it seems like this plenty of access everywhere if you're worried about getting to places with a wheelchair
There is no wheelchair rentals available there is a lot of construction going on so it does tenf to get very crowded especially for the restaurants that have performances. I was there June 2018

I don't believe so. I've never seen this available in person and can't find any info line that suggests it's an option. Someone would need to go rent one for you and bring it back to get you.
Right when you enter the park there is a section to rent wheelchairs and strollers.
