You would have to use one of the shops or there is now an area near the movie theater that is covered and has planters/benches that you can sit on while waiting out the storm. Or there is an open air theater that has a covered stage area that if it is not in use could provide some shelter. In Orlando in the summer ALWAYS have an umbrella or rain coat. An average day will have a 40 to 60% chance of rain. Usually just showers/thunder storms that last less than an hour but it could be considerably longer.

Lots of shops you can go to plus 2 restaurants that have good size shops in them that are entertaining to young ones if your near them. They are TRex and Rainforest Cafe.
