Port Orleans riverside has pet friendly rooms, but you have to cage the dog when your out and about, Port Orleans french quarter does not have pet friendly rooms atm...
I would leave any pet at home. Large crowds, lots of noise , little children running around . I only saw one dog during three visit. Don't stress your pet.

I would leave the pet at home just for a safety concern. Disney Springs can become extremely crowded at times and there are small children at every turn.
Not sure what the "policy" is, we did see people with their dogs when we were there but as a dog owner myself, I wouldnt bring mine. It is very crowded, every child will want to pet your dog and quite honestly, my intuition tells me that the dog may not enjoy it either. Just my opinion.
Leave pets at home I'd say in good care
