You should go to any Disney's park and do the claim at the Guest Kiosk right at the entrance.
There is a guest relations there on Disney Springs. I bought my tickets for the park there. Maybe they can help you. Go there and try, If they can't help you go to the park, depending of where do you are, is on the way to the park and it's free to enter
Typically, you'd need to go back to the park. It could be any of the parks though.
From what I understand this is only a shopping center
