There are buses at Disney springs that will take you to any resort
Yes, every resort has different means to travel to and from each park, Disney Springs included. You should be able to take the bus there.
Complimentary bus transportation is available to most areas throughout Walt Disney World Resort, including theme parks, water parks, Resort hotels and the Disney Springs area. The bus stop at Disney's All-Star Music Resort is located in front of Melody Hall.
When we were there recently (march) we we're told from Disney springs specifically, there is no transportation to other parks/ resorts
