They r correct right now it is a one way trip but with the Florida government declaring Florida fully open just last week it may change soon
Right now, no. There is only a one way bus from hollywood studios to Disney springs after 4pm. You would have to take a combination ride from the park, to a disney hotel, and then to springs. BUT... Who knows if it will still be like that by next march. Hopefully things will get back to what we are used to. Good luck, and I hope you have a great trip!
Actually because of Covid-19 and social distancing guidelines as well as minimal buses, the 1600 service from theme parks to Disney Springs has been put on hold indefinitely. Hopefully when your March trip comes up in 2021, we are back to normal and that service returns.
