The splash pad by Earl of Sandwich was running this morning, March 5, at around 11 am. There were several kids using it.

When we were there last Sunday it was still on when the DJ had started, I want to say that was about 5:00. But I believe Brian is correct, I think he asked them and they said until 6:00 p.m.. if you're not familiar with where it is it's up by sandwich of Earl and bippity boppity boutique. I believe the Disney dance party starts at 5 or 6 and goes until 9 or 10.

I was there on Tuesday and it was on.
We were just there multiple nights and saw no splash pads. I was told they may have been off for the music festival. So it's hit or miss. Stitch was still 'spitting' on people though. If they're on, it should be until after sunset.
