Direct from Disney, tickets can only be purchased at one of the parks, Disney hotels or online. You can get discount tickets from various online or local outlets but ensure you're dealing with a reputable company.
The only tickets that are available at Disney Springs are through the Disney World Vacation Timeshare kiosks and they normally only offer discounted tickets at the parks by listening to, participating in and signing up for Disney Vacations Club. Best to stick to official Disney Resort's Ticket Booths or Disney online. Not all road side stands are reputable and none are guaranteed to have any better deals than the parks.
