A wonderfull place, you need to be here just before sunset to see all the birds. All the small roads fishing areas are open all the time
I don't know what time it closes but any month is fine. I think there is a website that gives helpful information which I found before going there that was useful.
We haven't stayed any later than 6pm... And August is fine to visit.
It won't be a problem. I get there and stay all day. They even have places you can camp overnight, so I doubt you'll have problems leaving when you feel like it.
