It is open to the public. Range fees are around $18. If you have all your gear hearing and eye protection. If not I am sure they will rent them to you. You can buy a membership if you want if you shoot a lot I am sure it's a significant savings. They also have a family membership if you have several family members that shoot that can add up to a better deal.
