If you own your own bike or kart then the parent would have to sign for the child but the rental carts are 14+
That info is on their homepage, for the rentals, I believe the age is 16, they have rental league nights. They also run competition karts every month, those ages are 8 and up.
I ride my motorcycle there, i have seen kids as young as 5 riding motorcycles,
14 and up. Rentals start at $23/session and get cheaper the more you buy.
