My wife and I went there for the first time and then walked out as did the father and don behkng us. The service was horribly slow. What is the peoblem?

I tend to agree not so much that their service is slow but that it can take a long time because people don't know what they want. There are quite a fewchoices and sometimes people are indecisive. They've gotten much faster since their initial opening, but I think the nature of the system they have makes it bog down when it's very busy. That's why I try to go either before or after the lunch rush, but sometimes that's not convenient.

I eat here twice a week. No issues. Love It!

We have been there and honestly it can sometimes be the customer as they have no idea what they want. Try again when it's a better time as it is very good

I have personally never had a problem. However, I guess it depends on the day and the customers.
