They never have any hot and ready! There's a 20 min wait all the time with no pizzas ever ready. Def take off the hot and ready from any advertisement!!!

Worst location! I suggest drive those couple more minutes and drive up to the Litchfield location. Some girl working on June 27, 2022 at 8:15pm was very much unprofessional. Apart from the restaurant being very low staffed with only 2 people working and about 10 people waiting in the lobby and no one up front to attend the customers. I placed an order through the phone and waited 40 minutes in the lobby till I finally got a workers attention and asked where was my ONE PIZZA and she mentioned she forgot to place it. Later on.. called and asked for her name and she mentioned she couldn’t disclose that information and there was no manager on duty. SINCE WHEN?! can’t they mention their name?! This place really needs to management because the people being hired are not getting the job done. I was one out of 3 who walked out in the span of 40 minutes. Wont be going back, definitely not.

This place is ALWAYS so behind we are still waiting for our food that was said to be ready by 6:55 latest it’s now 7:23…. I don’t know why little Caesars still uses the slogan hot and ready….
