I believe you have to go the month of your bday for the free meal, but you have to have kobe rewards. And you don't get the free meal if you sign up the day of your bday
I think it doesn't have to be the exact day of your birthday, I think you can go in the same week of your birthday, but not bad idea to check first before going.
