Is there a quiet room?

Osceola Hart Library has study rooms. They are on a first come basis.

West Osceola Library has study rooms available that you can book on the same day, or one day in advance. Poinciana Library, Hart Memorial Library, and St. Cloud Library study rooms are only available for same-day reservations. Buenaventura Lakes Library has a large, shared quiet room that is closed off from the main area. It's not bookable by itself, and patrons can come and go as they need. And finally, all branches except Kenansville have spaces that are available to book if you need something far in advance or if you have a group of 3+ who need the space.
