Rock springs run is a wildlife management area with a large population of black bears. The private part is a horse riding business and they may allow camping but the management area requires hunters to leave in the evening and I haven't seen any campsites on the property. I have had bears thrash around in the brush and make aggressive sounds and false charges just after dark while walking on a main trail. No camping for me.
