I only check the Ratings for ~$80.°° +/- $10. If it does not do the Job as Expected, Return it...Expensive ones don't always work. My riding mower & push mower were disabled. My yard was full of Lantana, and Bifidens ("begger-ticks"); I used a $76 Hedge Trimmer from Walmart. I forgot the brand. But, few tools will be in that price range. 🏡🕊

Depends if you're looking for an electric or a gas trimmer. I would say 50 to 170
