If you are able to go outside of normal lunch or dinner times it isn't to busy but even during peak times the service is relatively quick. When you stop remember the food is made when ordered so it isn't a stop, order, and back on the road in 5 five minute type of place. For us, it has generally been a 30-45 minute stop for food but the extra time outside the car when traveling is a welcome break.

Depends upon the hour how busy, and like any restaurant, lunch is busy by small town standards. If you are driving it is a welcome break. I recommend getting out of the car and eat outside weather permitting.
It's busy but the service is pretty quick and the food is great!
