If you can't get them to answer, you'll have to go there and look in their parking lot, there are supposed to be signs posted at EVERY ENTRANCE/EXIT area that has Towing Company name and Phone Number. That IS the law in the State of Florida, no signs, then they are responsible for all towing fees and everything else, there HAS to be WARNING sings posted and they must be READILY and EASILY VISIBLE. Again, it's the law. The warning signs about towing may or may not list an address, but most signs I've seen always have Company name, Address and Phone number to contact them about towing issues. I see cars that have been parked in that lot of days or even longer than a month and never get towed providing there are parked in a parking space and parked legally. But if parked in a No Parking Zone or illegally parked, {straddling the line or over the line, taking up multiple parking spaces, those vehicles get towed within a few hours, sometimes sooner.
