Do they not answer phones at this damn store and who do i complain to

Hey wall Mart getting to be very expensive the product is not that good .

During the day they do at night too busy stocking

When you call, get connected to Electronics, that's where all the managers can be reached. But if you want to talk to a Rep, get connected to Customer Service.

Go on line, to store manager.

Ask for the store manager or call the corp offices. Go on line.

THEY DO BUT IF YOU WANT TO FILE A COMPLAINT ASK FOR THE MANAGER.
