Just moved out last month and as of then, they didn't have a hot tub. Previously they had one outdoors by the pool but it has since been removed and replaced with a fountain.
Outside beware if u get apt on backside by light bugs so bad cant use porch also dumpster company wakes u up at 5am walls are paper thin looks nice but has some issues living there
