No public grills. Not sure if you can bring your own grill due to fire. Don't know how many places there are to tie a hammock there. People usually tie up hammocks down the road over by the beach volleyball courts.

There may not be any public grills but this place has a panoramic view of the ocean and boats. I truly loved this place check it out and see for yourself.
This doesn't sound like the park for what you are wanting to do.
