Is there any communication between the hostess and staff? Third time I've been there and ended up leaving due to no one even coming to get drink orders.

We've never had trouble being waited on. Very attentive staff.

If you have trouble I suggest asking to talk to a manager in duty. They are usually very helpful. We frequent the Creek house and love the foid and service. I am sorry you have had bad experiences. I am no way affiliated with them just Love the place
