The food was delicious BUT it was NOT what we ordered! The server didn't place the order correctly to the kitchen. Someone else brought our food to us. When we finally got someone's attention, she told us she'd get our server. When our server finally came back to our table, she told us there won't be a charge for the cheese & bacon that didn't come on our bacon cheeseburger. (Gee, thanks for not charging us for something we didn't receive) But our dinner was not supposed to be a plain burger. She said she could get a slice of (cold) cheese for us, but if she placed a new order for us then this burger would have to be thrown away. She offered no other solution for her mistake and by the time we finally settled in to eating our wrong meal the fries were cold. So, basically dinner was just a burger. If I wanted just a plain burger, I would have stayed home & made it myself. When our server came back to see if we wanted dessert, we said no but since our fries were too hard from turning cold we would like to not be charged for them, she said they were included in the price of the meal & she couldn't do anything about that. We paid our full bill, & left no tip. When leaving I went to the bar & asked if there was a manager on duty. I explained to her how our server treated us & then we left.

Loved it! There are lots of options and everything is delicious! The burgers are the best tasting I have ever had. Our waitress, Madi, was wonderful - very attentive, friendly, and made fantastic recommendations. The building itself is beautiful too, especially the huge stone fireplace.

We've had good experiences in the past at Ryan's but it has been a while since we've eaten there. It was very disappointing, basically just high priced bar food now. We ordered raspberry BBQ wings but not only was it just drizzled with a little sauce, all of the wings still had feathers! One or 2 is understandable but these were absolutely disgusting!

Showed up with a large group for a last minute Bday get together and the staff absolutely nailed it! The Fish Tacos I had were great!
