There is one in Whitehall pa. And Easton pa as for the rest of the state. I guess because no one has decided its worth buying into the franchise in your area.
We need cicis back in Pa near pittsburgh somewhere why did it leave Butler PA I drove a half hour once a week to eat at Cicis first ate it in Florida and fell in love and was so excited when we got one up here but it seems as quick as it came to Butler it left Butler
There was one in Indiana and Butler, Pennsylvania. They both closed years ago.
There was a handful of Cici franchises in the Pittsburgh area they all closed , I don't know why.
Open a franchise. It's like any other fast food restaurant, they appear only where someone opens a franchise.
It's a geographical oddity
CiCi's in Fairmont and Morgantown is really good I don't know about in PA I don't live around there but CC franchise pretty good
There are NONE in Western Pa. Erie and Morgantown are the closest to Pittsburgh.
People just haven't bought a franchise there. I know there's a couple in the state. Their online state location checker isn't always accurate.
