Why did your Cicis franchise leave Pittsburgh PA? My family and I ate at your Freeport Rd location at least once a week. There was a fire; we thought you would rebuild but it's now a Beer Nuts. Please bring Cicis back to Pittsburgh!

$5. is lunch price. People eat more at dinner so price is higher for that. If any restaurant closes its because they are losing money! Hard to make money on an all you can eat buffet at that price.
