Due to the sensitivity of the strips, I wouldn't donate them nor should they accept them. You don't want a false reading on your conscious. Have a blessed day. Btw, I used to perform tech support on diabetic meters and the error codes were usually because the strip were stored in the bathroom or kitchen or car (moisture destroys the efficacy) and the strips were compromised.

That is a question I'm not sure about. As stated or previously give them a call and find out. If they are unable to take them I know that the Department of Health can more than likely accept those and get them into the hands of who may utilize them. There are many organizations around that could use them. Also check with a place called CHAPS. I know I have donated unused, unopened, unexpired prescription medications to them.
