They are a small family owned restaurant. Sometimes this can lend to more limited hours. They are absolutely amazing though and you should definitely stop by!
Great question, Chuck. :) Among the three of us owners, Caitlin, Karen, and I, we have ten children, ages 4--15. Only three days of traditional service allow us to tailor our schedules to our families first. The great news is that the limited hours of traditional service also allow us to host private and special events through the week. Thanks for asking, Chuck! Kelly
