Why do you hire people to work here that aren’t passionate about automobiles and parts?

So people look at it it a job and they have to pay them do it....but that don't change their aditudes.

Well i loved talkin bout auto parts cuz i drive also just like the next person who has a vehicle. Dey wanna knw if dey car workin properly n gon alwayz wanna knw questions about vehicles. I used 2 work for O Reillys but never again. Tho
