Store was supposed to open at 7:30. Doors were locked when I came by at 7:50. The clerk unlocked the door as I was getting back in my car and walked to the back of the store. Very poor service. I wound up going across the street and getting what I needed from autozone.

Several times the people there have gone well above and beyond to help solve a problem. It doesn't always work, but they have made a sincere effort.

Went to O'Reilly to get bulbs for my tail lights after going to an automotive services chain who couldn't successfully remove my tail light covers. The bulbs were cheaper AND a member of the staff took the time to install the bulbs. In addition to that service he was very knowledgable about another issue I was having with my car, as he is a former mechanic. Stellar service! Would definitely recommend!

I will only go to the one on Ridge from now on. Had a problem on Spring Grove and the young lady and man working on ridge did their ABSOLUTE BEST TO KEEP ME AS A RETURNING CUSTOMER. Thank you both❤
