The airport itself is open 24/7, but security generally doesn't open until 4:30 a.m. and valet parking doesn't open until 5 a.m. General parking is open 24/7. Also, most restaurants and shops do not open until 5 a.m. or later. This airport is so small that you can probably get away with showing up just 60 minutes before your departure.
