It's getting busier at the airport. It could take 20-40 mins to get through security. I would recommend getting there 1.5-2 hrs early, especially if you have to check a bag.

I flew out 3/31/21 at dinner time...and arrived at SRQ 2 hours early... security was SLOW..even with few passengers!! Then I sat.. waiting for boarding !! TWO hours is plenty !!

Usually arriving 2 hours before boarding should give you plenty of time to check bags, if needed, and get through security.
